职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for AP booking and reporting:
a) Review and actively control on payment request to be compliance with company policy and statutory requirement
b) Perform 3rd party expense vendor invoice verification (invoice, GR, contract…), and make sure the payment posting in SAP system timely and accurately.
c) AP aging report preparation and follow up of long aging items.
d) Clearing of GR/IR.
e) Prepare monthly account reconciliation
f) Reconcile inter-company billings on monthly basis
g) Other monthly closing related report
2. Review on continuous improvement initiatives on work quality and work efficiency, support the simplification and standardization of AP processes across various entities.
3. Communicate and educate stakeholders on related P2P process
4. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement/innovate solutions/system enhancements related to the AP function.
5. Assists & Participate in Internal/External Audits, Tax Audits and any statutory enquiries
6. Other AP related tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:
1.College or bachelor degree in Accounting and/ or finance disciplines
2.Well spoken and written Chinese & English
3. 3+ years working experience in AP related work
4. Be familiar with P2P process
5. Familiar with MS office applications and with experience of ERP systems
