KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS
As a member of the Pfizer China Strategic Planning/Business Development Department, the role will use administrative and people skills to drive the teams’ success in helping create new growth opportunities for the China business.

1. Business Support to senior leaders
- Provide administrative support to in terms of office management and external communications
- Coordinate development of presentations, reports and meeting plans (i.e. collect data/information, and draft talking points, agendas etc.)
- Provide translation for both internal and external meetings upon request
- Proactively manage calendar and provide quick reminders
- Provide assistance to any projects that require manager’s involvement
- Settle logistic and administrative arrangement
- Keep and maintain an orderly filing system
- Provide general support to ensure teams efficiency

2. Supporting Strategic Planning and Communications Teams
- Be responsible for team meetings and relevant activities coordination
- Provide administrative support to the team for arranging internal and external logistics
- Be familiar with and effectively implement company operation policies and procedures
- Assist team in dealing with routine day-to-day work and complete other work assigned

3． Budget management
- Team budget planning
- Monthly spending tracking
- Help team managers to place PO accordingly

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
1. Education/Training
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both oral and written
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook)

2. Working Experiences
- Relevant administrative experience in multinational companies preferred
- 2 years or more working experience preferred

3. Functional Ability
- Able to work independently and effectively; self motivated
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizing skills
- Quick learner with strong drive to continually improve
- Excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent team work spirit
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Strong sense of customer focus & ability to anticipate other’s needs
