Mission of Function:

As the driving force to make SAP China the most trusted MNC partner in China and to support SAP China business success.

Dimensions of Function:

SAP China overall business development in target province e.g. domestic OI;

Major win on aligned major projects through One SAP China approach e.g. cross div. collaboration.

Internal: SLC China CEO, Div./BU/CD Executives; Local business partners (Div/CD), team

External: Provincial/Municipal government leaders; Top executives of customers, media, public

Tasks

Represent the company towards government, media and key customers
? Participate in SAP China-related governmental & public meeting and deliver speeches if needed;
? Initiate and coordinate SAP China requested meetings with government leaders and institutions;
? Maintain regular exchange talks with regional Divisions to sharpen and align PGM focus with business needs;
? Develop and maintain business-oriented government relations along SAP China interests and key projects as agreed with Divisions;
? Visit key customers in close cooperation with Divisions and support executive level of customer relations;
? Support media activities and the implement of CSR activities.

Support SAP China provincial business growth
? Develop and share provincial profiles (strategy and policy, growth segments, key projects and government stakeholders) to responsible of divisions;
? Provide and share business information of key government-driven projects e.g. key project list from local DRCs and identify emerging business opportunities;
? Bridge contacts to potential customers through government resources and facilitate one SAP China approaches for cross divisional projects;
? Support divisional major projects and initiatives e.g. sales, investment, marketing events as requested by and aligned with divisions.

As legal representative, safeguard the adherence of SAP China operations to local rules, regulations and corporate guidelines
? Ensure correct handling of business license, tax report, office registration and company seals;
? Deal with legal related occurrences in cooperation with relevant Corporate Departments;
? Ensure office safety, order, information security in cooperation with relevant Corporate Departments;
? Handle whole company concerned incidents and emergencies, crisis management.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
? At least 3 years experiences in multiple-industries/sectors inside SAP China or competitors;
? Multi-functional experiences e.g. Marketing & Sales, relationship management fields;
? At least 3 years experiences in a multinational company;
? 3 years experiences of people management e.g. team build up, coaching.
? General understanding of SAP China portfolios, markets, corporate polices and guidelines;
? Communications (moderation, presentation)
? Leadership skills (strategic thinking, coaching and motivating);
? Management skills (process orientation, planning and budgeting);
? Language (Chinese and English);
? Computer skills with MS office systems.
