职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Work with regional sales director or KA channel sales director to make sure the sales forecast of each region and channel are submitted on time.
- Analysis and challenge the sales forecast gap between the latest version and last version from sales team.
- Work with financial controller to prepare the monthly sales forecast to the sales forecast committee according to the group timetable.
- Participate the sales forecast committee to present the monthly sales forecast and follow up the decision by sales forecast committee.
- Manage the sales forecast adjustment in the SAP system, on time release the monthly forecast to the supply planner for DRP.
- Manage the new product launch schedule and the slow moving stock reduction.
- Monitoring and calculate the sales forecast accuracy in terms of value and volume.
- Manage to avoid the out of stock situation and analyze the reason for the action plan

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, major in logistics or mathematics
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
- Good communication skill.
- Good Excel, MS skill; SAP/APO experience is an advantage.
- More than 5 years work experience, strong data statistics & analysis skill
- Technical, management skills, interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibilities, work hard and able to work under pressure
