Main Tasks:
1) Understand the needs of the organization development in company and prioritize focuses areas
2) Facilitate the talent review process to activate the talent development for Region China
Enhance the talent review success and keep on reviewing the effectiveness of the process
3) Leverage HRP team and T&D team in the talent development projects
4) Manage competence module development, communication and alignment
5) Design various talent development program and ensure programs are run successfully
6) Ensure talent development projects are well communicated and accepted by the related organization
7) Design manager on board process and ensure its implementation consistently over the organization.
8) Design processes and tools for leadership development e.g. 360 feedback
9) Embed NNW and company culture to the talent development programs
10) Measures effectiveness and efficiency of the talent management projects and ensure they support the business needs
11) Other tasks of talent development according to the business needs

Main customers: talents, department managers, HR peers

Education, Experience and Competence Requirements of the Position:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above, HR Management & Psychology will be desirable
2) More than 5 years’ working experience in HR, consulting or training
3) Has the ability to perform on multi-tasks under pressure, result oriented and willing to get into details
4) Being analytical, logical and creative
5) Has fast learning ability
6) Own the passion and open mind to embrace and drive changes
7) A team player and a self-motivator
8) Focused on simplicity with quality and time-bound mindset
9) Integrity and maintain confidentiality is a MUST
10) Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
