职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Provide technical feedback on commercial initiatives and ensure smooth transition from ideation to feasibility studies.
Develop, test, verify formulas & ingredients for purpose of commercializing new, or improving existing products in order to achieve enhanced or new efficacy, improved sensory characteristic, and / or improved margins.
Perform feasibility and optimization studies through lab or pilot scale studies. Update product development status/issues and interface with regional and global ANRD Teams.
Provide scientific or technical evidence to support business decision.
Conduct scale-up and collaborate with manufacturing sites or third party manufacturer to execute plant trials and commercial production. .
Coordinate and interface with other functional departments to provide product assessment in the area of analytical testing, regulatory, nutrition, medical and safety etc.
Conduct stability studies and provide shelf life recommendation on finished product.
Provide documentation to support product registration and First Lot to Stock.
Collaborate with manufacturing sites for pre & post production activities.
Setting up, Managing and maintaining lab operation
Generate new product innovation and ideas

Requirements:

Qualifications
B.Sc or above with relevant degree in the food sciences/ technologies, food engineering or related scientific disciplines
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the area of research and development in nutrition or food industry.

Knowledge
Background in product development in the area of food science, food technology, manufacturing process, and nutrition.
Understanding of quality standard and guideline
Good understanding of the regulatory environment for nutritional products
Experience in setting up & running laboratories and performing bench-top research work.
Good understanding of business processes in a global organization and across third party manufacturer 举报 分享
