Job position: .Net Developer/Analyst
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Working with Project Managers/Team Leads to determine needs and applying / customizing the latest Caterpillar standard technology to meet those needs
? Developing, maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines
? Strong communication skills & ability to work in a global/virtual team
? Training junior members
? Documentation
SKILLS:
? Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
? Ability to develop large scale web/database applications
? Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
? Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
? Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
? Ability to construct user guides and documentation
? Project Management skills
? Excellent knowledge of Transact SQL
QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE:
? Languages: VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML, jQuery
? Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0, 4.5.2+
? .Net Visual Studio 2010, 2013+
? Minimum 2-3 years in backend software design in SQL server 2008R2, 2012 or higher, Stored procedures
? Windows Services, WCF
? Source code control application experience
? Minimum 5 yrs. of experience in .Net development
? BS of Computer Science or equivalent preferred
