Responsibilities:
1. Treasury & AR assistant
a. Check employee expense claim to be in compliance with Corporate T&E policy
b. Record cash incoming from customer in SAP and Yongyou ERP system
c. Other works assigned by the finance leader
2. AP assistant
a. Indirect purchase requisition created in SAP
b. Record cash outgoing to vendor in SAP and Yongyou ERP system
c. Other works assigned by the finance leader
Requirement:
1. Junior student, major in finance or accounting
2. 3 days full time internship should be guaranteed
3. Related intern experience is preferred
4. Knowlege of ERP or SAP system
5. Detail-oriented and high sense of responsibility
