Major Accountabilities (main results of the job to be achieved)
? To provide management with a reliable and objective overview of the HSE related situation in
regard to performance and management of Third Party suppliers.
? To oversee local legal requirements and *** regulation
? To ensure that HSE related performance issues are appropriately addressed by Third Party
companies.
? To advise management in approaches to improve HSE related performance as well as in
reduction of risks, and initiate corresponding actions.
? To support suppliers on a case by case basis to improve HSE and to achieve the business
need
? Closely follow up the improvement program of suppliers
Key Performance Indicators (indicators, activities, measures)
? HSE Audit plan in place and maintained
? Periodic evaluation of the HSE-management and performance of the sites, actions for
improvements tracked and available
? Auditing documentation is available, maintained and filed. Audit and follow-up reports
available
? Related information complete and up-to-date in IT systems
? China Sourcing related objectives achieved


Education (minimum/desirable): University degree preferentially in natural or technical
sciences
Languages: Chinese and English fluent in speaking and writing;
Experience: Broad experience in HSE management, preferably Auditing,
