[ Job Title]: Finance Reporting Supervisor
[ Report to ]: CFO

[ Job Description]:
Auditing combined financial statements and monthly combined statements of all departments (under US GAAP PRC GAAP);
Formulating and revising the internal control system which is related to the financial statements;
Dealing with relevant affairs with external audit or evaluation company;
Other relevant affairs.

[Job Requirements]:
Bachelor degree or above in finance and accounting, or relevant work experience;
2-3 years work experience in big four accounting firms with experience of IPO event;
Familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP;
Excellent skills of listening, spoken, reading and writing in English;
Proficient in office software, good communication skills;
Professional certificates of ACCA or CPA is preferred;
Good recognition of corporate culture.

【工作内容】
1、审核各部门合并财务报表及月度合并报表 (under US GAAP PRC GAAP)；
2、制定、修订与财务报表相关的内部控制制度；
3、处理与外部审计、评估公司等相关事务；
4、其他相关工作。

【任职资格】
1、财会专业或相关工作经验，本科以上学历；
2、2-3年四大工作经验，有IPO项目经验；
3、熟悉中国会计准则及美国会计准则；
4、英语读写听说能力优秀；
5、熟练计算机操作，沟通能力强；
6、具有ACCA或CPA资格者优先；
7、认可公司企业文化。
