职位描述
To provide human resource management services to the departments in Shenzhen/Dongguan/Guangdong-East/Fujian area of South Region.
I.Duties and Responsibility工作职责
Planning 计划
I.Establish long-term relationship with regional and district labor departments
与地方劳动部门建立长期良好的合作关系
II.Be aware of updated national and regional labor policies, regulations and requirements and report to HO HR and Operation Head
知晓最新的国家和地区相关政策法规并随时将最新动态汇报给人力资源总部及营运总监。
III.Implement company HR system and policies.
严格贯彻执行公司人事工作流程及政策
IV.Formulate and carry out HR strategy and plans to ensure staffing needs, training needs timely and fully met and to keep the company C&B practice competitiveness.
明确并严格贯彻执行公司人力资源战略及计划以确保招聘、培训工作的有效性,同时确保公司保持有竞争力的薪资福利体系
V.Work as a key driver in organization culture construction.
成为公司企业文化建设的核心成员
VI.Respond and provide solutions to department head of any possible HR issues.
对部门主管有关人事工作的问题给予及时的反馈及解决方案
VII.Regularly contact and consult with Regional HR team in technical and policy issues in meeting with business needs arising from the rapidly changing marketplace.
定期与人力资源团队就人事工作技巧及政策进行沟通协商以满足市场的不断变化所导致的新的需求
VIII.Prepare labor contract for use and keep it updated with government policies.
确保公司劳动合同条款与国家政策法规保持一致

I.Control H/C growth with the management and strictly go thru selection process to ensure right people for right position. Play an important role in helping line managers in raising people quality standards in identifying, recruiting, developing & retaining the best talents and addressing underperformers.
确保相关人事工作制度及薪资福利制度符合公司发展需要并严格遵守人员选拔流程以确保正确的人做正确的事。通过改善选拔、招聘、培养等工作流程帮助一线经理保留高绩效员工并替换表现不佳的员工以确保提高员工整体素质

I.Handle staff movement including awarding, promotion, disciplinary action and termination.
负责人员的奖励、晋升及培养
II.Handle staff turnover/leave analysis, with result report to local operation head and regional HR
进行员工离职分析并将结果汇报给地区营运董事及区域人力资源
III.Ensure staff benefit administration is properly handle
确保正确执行员工福利政策
IV.Sign off staff register & monthly movement report, salary worksheet of local staff and any action paper on staff

I.Work a key driver in fostering a learning climate within the Company
在公司内部建立学习型组织的风气
II.Prepare yearly training plan and handle training needs analysis with the National T&D Manager
与中国区培训经理共同分析培训需求并制定年度培训计划
III.Help to do course designing and coordinate with National T&D Manager in course delivery
协助中国区培训经理进行课程设计与分享
IV.Support Training Manager in the delivery of operational courses
为培训经理实施培训提供支持

- Employee communication program is implemented as per plan;
- Handle staff grievance, disciplinary issues and labor dispute without delay and as per Company policy;
- Improve employee engagement;
