3、了解并可使用PLC可编程控制软件；

5、具备工厂电气维修、机械维修管理经验，能做好工厂设备管理，带领下属确保设备正常运转；
6、具有良好的沟通能力，能与其他协作部门进行良好的沟通；
7、能够运用英语阅读相关材料和图纸；
8、掌握常用的电脑办公软件；
9、大专以上学历
