职位描述
The Automation Engineer will assist Maintenance Manager for all Nanping site equipments management, MOC and other tasks related to facilities in the site
A. Management of site equipments, including running, checking and maintenance.
? Written and update equipment operating procedures.
? Record all information related with equipment.
? Assist Maintenance Manager to order spare parts with low limit inventory.
? Arrange PM plan.
? Check with HSES manager work permit.
B. Assist Maintenance Manager to make overhauling plan for key equipments.
? Written plan, including (budget, time, principal...)
? Submit to general manager for review and approval.
? Organizing technicians and maintenance people to implement plan.
C. Management of MOC
? Ensure all modification is going through with MOC procedures.
? Completed related documents for MOC.
D. Safety Inspections:
? Monthly safety inspection with the HSES Manager.
? Assist Department Manager to complete the items that need to do on the safety monthly report.
E. Personnel Training.
? Inviting relate equipment supplier to training.
? Special type of work training. (e.g. welding worker, electricity worker, forklift truck worker...)
? Work permit fill in training.
? Safety Orientation
? Material Safety Data Sheets
? Personal Protective Equipment
? Behavior Safety Training
? Fire fighting "hands on" training
Other work assigned by line manager.
