Major Responsibilities/Activities:
1.Process AP related transactions;
2.Check expenses report and payment request as per policy and requlation
3.Prepare and post AP vouchers into SAP on daily basis
4.Regular review AP open item, and make clearing timely
5.Process Bank payment;
6.Arrange bank payment on weekly basis
7.Prepare and post bank payment vouchers into SAP timely
8.Statistical tasks related to AP;
9.Timely proposal for vendor information change
10.Prepare OEC statistical data for Finance Manager's review on monthly basis
11.Update AP pertinent forms timely
12.Assist GL Accountant in making adequate monthly accrual and reversal timely
13.Assist line manager and other team members with all other tasks wherever requested.


REQUIREMENTS:

Position experiences:
1~2 years working experience in Bank/AP position,
Working experience in multi-national companies preferred.

Language Skills:
Good command of English and Chinese Mandarin both in written and spoken

Computer Skills:
Good PC based software skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
SAP operation experience is preferred.
