主要职责(Main Responsibilities):
1. Follow each purchase order to get right materials (or service) with right price and quantity as per committed delivery
date.
2. Filing business documents properly.
3. Proactively seeks areas for savings and value enhancement.
4. Work with related colleagues to resolve quality issues.
5. Perform supply risk mitigation
5.1 Timely monitor and analyze suppliers in terms of financial status, on-time delivery, quality issues, capacity issue,
EHS issues, business discontinuance, production process change, site change, etc.
5.2 Work with colleagues at Planning and Sourcing to make up and implement supply risk mitigation plan.
6. Assist to prepare annual budget.
7. Assist GP on RFP (Request for Price or Proposal) and other related projects.
8. Provide professional services to stakeholders (external vendors, internal colleagues, etc.)
岗位要求( Qualification Requirements)：
1. 学历，专业要求(Education/Major)：University graduate with major in International Business Management is a plus.
2. 工作经验(Working Experience)：5+ years relevant purchasing experience in multi-national companies within pharmaceutical industry preferred.
3. 工作相关技能(Job-related Skills):Good command of computer and MS-office applications
4. 能力要求(Competency Requirements): Good interpersonal and communication skills; Good command of English in both oral and verbal;
5.其他相关要求 (Other Requirements):Team spirit, steady and detail oriented;
