职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责全国销售团队的培训工作，提升销售团队专业能力。
2、结合销售工作的重心和HR策略制定销售培训策略、体系、流程和计划；
3、围绕销售能力模型，组织内外部资源建立培训课程体系；
4、明确各类培训需求，并组织和执行有效的培训项目；
5、不断寻求新的方法提升培训效果；
6、通过人员发展流程提升关键员工能力；
7、执行绩效管理流程，帮助低绩效员工改善业绩。
任职要求：
1、工作地点上海；
2、大学本科及以上学历，人力资源、营销类相关专业优先；
3、3年以上培训负责人经历，熟悉完整的培训管理工作；了解传统销售通路和快消行业者更佳；
4、具备培训课程开发和授课经验；
5、具有很强的沟通、协作和执行的能力；
