Key Roles & Responsibilities:



Performs routine on customer complaints, request & question from AB Mauri China web, trace actions and providing feedback to customers.



Customer Service Administration:

n Ensure customers complaints are recorded, registered and reported. Ensure the complaints procedures are followed and outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.

n Review all complaints to monitor for emerging or reoccurring issues. Ensure customers satisfy with the company response feedback for the complaints.



Customer Service Support

§ Support company to find value-added solutions in Customer service, gain the trust and respect of Customers by understanding their business and honouring their priorities; get first-hand Customer information and use it for improvements in products, services, and solutions

n Support the Production of Customer-Oriented Quality Products, Services, & Solutions. Anticipate Customer needs through analysis of emerging trends;



Customer relationship


n Deal effectively with the most complex and sensitive Customer service problems; establish processes and procedures to ensure problems will not recur in the future; see issues through to complete resolution.

Keeping good relationship with customers that improves communication and service to both domestic and overseas customers.



Executive Administration to Customer Service Manager


n Initial and implementation of technical team processing, follow up with each function, summarizing for the feedback and improvement the processing accordingly.

n Admistration assistant to Customer Service Manager and department.

n Organizing team meeting & training, consolidate action results etc.

l Take Initiative - Willingly seek out and accept new leadership roles and assignments; act as a role model by consistently doing what it takes to get the job done on time; resolve problems and conflicts, seeing them as opportunities.

Resolves routine and non-routine problems by applying extensive regulatory and technical knowledge and experience.



Key Qaulifications:



I) Education, qualifications and training

? B.S. in Food Analysis, Food Science, Jurisprudence or related field

? Fluent (spoken and written) English and Mandarin required

II) Experience

? 5+ years of experience in Food Industry or related.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills. Jural, Regulatory, QA or R&D working experiences as well as multiple company working experiences would be preferred

? Strong PC / internet skills including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to create intermediate spreadsheets and information databases. Proficient with relevant software tools..



III) Specialised knowledge or skills required (functional skills)

? Food Science, QA, Jurisprudential, Regulatory or other related knowledge

? May train, coach, or assign work to technicians.



IV) Competencies (leadership and managerial skills)

? Be able to articulate employee engagement, leadership, culture, change management.

? Record of achievement in delivering positive outcomes.

? High levels of initiative and motivation.

? Drive to achieve results.
