Key accountabilities:
1.Develop, manage and execute CAPEX long term plan for the plant. This activity will require coordination with headquarters and management of project managers (internal or external) as well as engineering and construction contractors.
2.Lead the site maintenance and engineering team to ensure 24/7 operation of facilities and compliance with GMP and internal requirements.
3.Ensure that all standard operating procedures related to maintenance and engineering are in place and followed.
4.Ensure the site maintenance and engineering team is regularly trained on SOPs, technical skills, quality procedures and GMPs.
5. Ensure safe operations of equipment and facilties; make sure that the engineering and maintenance team complies with the site and company HSE standards.
6. Review and analyze the site energy consumption data to provide recommendations to implement in the energy conservation plan.
7. Make the necessary adjustment or technical improvment on equipment, utilities and work processes according to ensure GMP compliance;
8. Participate and leads teams / task forces as required for deviation investigations, CAPAs management and CCR related to facilities and equipment.
9. Drive the continuous improvement culture within the engineering and maintenance organization.

Education and experience:
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanics, engineering or related field;
- At least 5 years working experience in a similar position;
- At least 12 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Prior experience in a MNC prefered
