职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Release clear firmed purchase requirements and forecast to suppliers. Follow up purchase requirements to ensure supplier on time delivery.
Manage purchase order pull in/push out to ensure material availability and control raw material inventory.
Provide necessary shipping information for timely customs clearance.
Effectively arrange overseas shipment to avoid transportation cost premium.
Drive the VMI implementation, drive premium freight and lead-time reduction
Liaison with Sales to assure no line shortages and meet production goals.
Control total raw material inventory to be under AOP
Track supplier on time delivery performance (OTD)
Timely maintain related MRP data and ensure data accuracy
Manage item/supplier phase in/out to support new product introduction and minimize E&O inventory
Establish smooth interaction with all Asia plants and other functional teams (sales, sourcing and production, etc.) to achieve more accurate demand forecast, less stock out and better supplier delivery performance.
Routine Job:
Coordinate Reworks - Identify the proper priority of orders when rework is performed.
MRP Exceptions - Review, analyze and resolve exceptions from MRP.
Planner Error Report - Review analyzes and resolves error reports generated by MRP.
Expedite Component Parts - Maintain a flow of component parts for the area the person is responsible for.
Process Cancellations/Holds - Monitor and process cancellations and holds to purchase orders where necessary.
Maintain Professional Work Area - Maintain work area in accordance to ISO House Keeping Procedures.
Coordinate and Process Order Changes - Coordinate and process customer order change notices.
Maintain Floor Stocked Components - Maintain a supply of components that are stored in a department.
Reviews, approves, and processes purchasing requests such as purchase requisitions and small purchase orders for goods or services to ensure compliance with the institution's purchasing procedures, the state procurement code, and user requirements.
Prepares simple bids and proposals, supporting spreadsheets, comparisons, recommendations, and justifications; assists in bid openings; obtains telephone quotes when indicated.
Interacts with vendors and departments regarding procurement procedures and status of orders.
Maintains and updates product catalogs, vendor files, and price lists for assigned commodity groups.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE:
College Education or above.
5 years or more works experience in manufacturing company.
CET6(Toeic 400 plus)is preferred.
