？Identify the customer and consumer requirement and set up appropriate project to meet new product pipeline 10%
？Fresh idea innovative and creative cooperate with supplier, agency etc. 20%
？Prototype development and verification to meet the development objective 20%
？Take part in operation test and optimize the design if necessary 20%
？Proof approval process coordinate and track 20%
？Regularly project status updates to all pertinent parties 10%
？Minimum 5 years of related experience as a Design Manager, Creative Manager etc.
？Experience working with creative agencies, design agencies and suppliers.
？Experience working in the consumer packaged goods industry is a plus.
？Knowledge of marketing concepts and activities involved in packing design, package content updates, and product graphics is a plus
？Project management and presentation skills
？Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
