职位描述
? Performing and managing planned activities such as IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds and maintenance activities
? Performing all daily tasks according to set procedures, rules and guidelines
? Provide technical training to end users
? Act as an ambassador for IT in the Service Office
? Maintaining and ensuring the continuous uptime of the on-site IT infrastructure
? Take necessary decisions and actions in the solving process; prioritize according to business needs and knowing when and how to escalate in the Global IT support chain
? Respond to IT emergency situations in the Service Office
? Contribute to the IT budget process as required within the local organisation
IT or related major, above bachelor degree.
at least 3 years helpdesk experience in MNC.
