职位描述

Location: Shanghai Office
Reporting to : Commercial Excellence Head

Specific duties and responsibilities of the POSITION:
? Oversee the development and implementation of the overall training plan for the Sales Force and Sales Managers.
? Regularly collaborates with the BU Head/ Sales Director/Marketing Director to identify skill sets required to achieve business goals.
? Regularly carries out training needs analyses of the Sales Team to identify gaps between current behaviors and desired behaviors.
? Works in collaboration with CE Head in cascading the Sales Academy Core Curriculum customizing the same for Medical Representatives/ Sales Managers.
? Prepares Training Designs for all assigned programs ensuring that courses are interactive and adhere to adult learning principles.
? Evaluates effectiveness of training design and delivery by consistently carrying out Level 1 Feedback after each course conducted.
? Monitors the Sales Team execution of all skills learned in the classroom back to the workplace to optimize all training investments
? Design sustaining programs for training programs conducted to be able to revisit and build on current learning to enhance the Sales Force’s mastery of various concepts.
? Regularly updates the BU Head/ Sales Director on progress on all training initiatives and its impact on raising sales force productivity.
? Establish and maintain communication with other Regional Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers, and District Managers.
? Maintain required technical expertise including facilitation skills, presentation skills, competitive

? 依据成人学习理论设计并开发相应互动混合式教学的课程
? 评估培训设计有效性并且持续的进行培训效果的评估与反馈
? 追踪并评估学员的课堂学习成果以优化培训投入
? 设计持续有效的培训项目以确保销售团队强化核心技能
? 定期与BU HEAD/销售总监沟通所有培训项目进展以及对销售业务的价值
? 与区域销售总监、经理和地区经理保持密切沟通以了解其业务动态和需求
? 持续改进培训讲师关键技能包括演讲技巧、培训技巧等等
? 完成其他被分派的任务和要求


Education/Training: Bachelor degree,
Work Experience: Above three years’ experience in sales training and must have sales management experience in pharmaceutical(OTC) industry; experience in sales management training is highly preferred
