卓越运营经理(Operational Excellence manager)
Position Purpose:
The job holder will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in Lean plan execution and contribute to meet the business objectives.
Principal Responsibilities:
Provide direction to cross-functional team empowered to execute the Operational excellence strategy and tools to improve process capability and eliminate defects
Deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability, productivity of designs and business processes to reduce defects and attain world-class levels of quality through completion of a training program on Lean Six Sigma philosophy, theory, and application tools / tactics
Facilitate, train, and coach team members in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools
Work with operating leaders and teams to uncover and assess lean Six Sigma opportunities and its suppliers
Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices
Educate, coach, and mentor Green Belts and others on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application
Identify potential process improvement opportunities and lead 2-3 projects per year
Knowledge & Experience:
Master's Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Process Improvement position
Good training skills
Certified BB is a plus and very familiar with the change management tools such as strategy deployment A3, problem solving and VSM, etc.
Demonstrated ability to excel in all customer service areas
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
