Process Engineer
Qualifications
Take lead of equipment changes or new work orders to improve operation performance
Monitor Uptime & product yield performance, drive correction and continuous improvement actions to ensure production efficiency and process capability
Provide timely and effective solutions to process problems and ensure product quality and production stability
Work closely with maintenance team to solve equipment problems timely and effectively, and improve the facility reliability
Be responsible for new product and raw material qualification
Define and improve standard operating procedures, product and material specifications, process parameters
Support global team to do the test of new process/material
Support on Buyoff and qualify new equipment after installation and commissioning
Task risk analysis and implement improvement
Liaise with R&D and other sister plants on process technology and product development
> Education:
BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation
> Experience Level:
3~5 years experience and a good general knowledge of manufacturing and engineering is required. With ISO internal auditor license will be a plus
> Competencies:
Strong communication skills and ability to drive positive approach to production/submission challenges
Strong ability to analyze data and present findings supported by solutions
Good English ability in speaking and writing
