职位描述
Under the supervision of the Internal Audit manager (i.e. the Project Leader), the Senior Internal Auditor assesses risk and controls, carries out analyses and procedural reviews in financial reporting, regulatory compliance and operations in main industrial / commercial relevant processes.
Brief Task Description (A Job Description document must be completed prior to official employment activity)
Being able to perform/participate the main audit phases (preliminary survey, opening meeting, engagement Risk Assessment, field work, closing meeting) in compliance with the Internal Audit & Compliance internal procedures;
Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of Internal Control System, highlighting and providing interpretation of weaknesses in areas which do not comply with standards and procedures;
Formulating suggestions for the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring that audit work and findings are adequately documented;
Supporting audit report preparation with adequate description of audit findings which effectively communicates the audit results, making necessary revisions in a timely manner, in contact with Auditee Management;
Verifying progress on management action plans through inquiry and, if needed, further testing (Follow-Up);
Participating in special projects, when required.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Competence etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, or related field;
Pluriannual experience in External Audit firm is a must;
Professional certification is a plus: CIA, CPA or CFE preferred;
Strong personal computer skills and proficient in automated audit tools such as ACL, IDEA; similar tools are a plus;
Must speak and write English fluently; any other foreign language is a plus;
Good communication and presentation skill, both verbal and in writing;
Travel nationally and internationally, up to 60% or more, based on audit assignments.
