职位描述

Program (Marketing) Manager, Shenzhen,
Description:
Manage and coordinate E4E product portfolio introduction/launch to EMEA/NA/LATA for APAC Security to maximize sales, margin and growth
1. Analyzing market size/ growth, technology trends, and customer segments/ needs
2. Understanding competitors and strengths/ weaknesses leveraging local in country Product Marketing teams (e.g., technology/ product comparisons, pricing, etc.)
3. Conduct vigorous VOC process to develop solid XXX value propositions
4. Developing market requirements and new product proposals for new product introduction
5. Working with purchasing, quality & engineering with low cost high quality suppliers to drive product development timelines
6. Managing prices and gross margins within country Product Marketing Teams
7. Providing input into the overall E4E strategic plan

Qualification:
1. Education & Training (e.g. special degree or certificate)
Bachelor of Elect. Eng. / Computer Sc. MBA preferred. Formal training of marketing preferred.
2. Special skills (e.g. language, computer literacy etc.)
Good command of written and Oral English (Multiple conference call every week is required).
3. Experience (defines types & specify number of years)
8+ years of working experience in large organization with multiple sites. Experience in managing NPI projects and had successful experience in launching new product to achieve revenue growth
