职位描述
岗位职责：
1、产品开发过程中，负责对供应商的开发过程APQP的跟踪和监控；
2、批量生产过程中，定期对供应商能力进行评审以及PPAP的审核；
3、批量生产过程中出现的供应商质量问题，督促供应商进行整改，并对整改情况进行跟踪；
4、对供应商质量数据进行统计；
5、熟悉APQP/PPAP/MAS/SPC/FMEA；
6、对供应商的绩效评估，并完成供应商的定期年度审核；
7、了解与本岗位有关的环境因素及其影响；
8、按废弃物分类管理原则执行废弃物分类管理；
9、完成上级主管安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历。
2、五年或以上汽车及零部件行业经验。
3、熟悉ISO9000、QS9000，TS16949质量体系。
4、熟悉对供应商的质量管理。
5、良好的沟通能力及谈判能力以及团队协作力。
6、英文CET-4或相等能力及以上。
