职位描述
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Be responsible for assistant management of scientific regulatory affairs.
Ensure all plants production and operation to meet China law and regulation.
l Regulatory documents control
- Be responsible for setting up the document management systems
- Be familiar with organizing and archiving the regulatory files
- Maintain & updating product list.
- Maintain and update product information'
- Maintain the product technical documentations.
l Regulatory Information collection:
- Collection updated the information on new regularly on food.
- Collection new marketing trends & product information
- Be responsible for checking product labels to meet the rules.
l Regulatory conduct
- Assist to conduct regulation for all China plants.
- Assist to monitor the implementation of the regulations for all China plants.
l To apply for the expanded use of food additives.
l Maintain and archiving effective certificate and license from all plants and Beijing Marketing and sales company.
l Government Relationship Management and customer service
- To provide relevant technical documents from customer requirement (such as questionnaire, certificate, letter)
- Draft the announcement and notice
- Assist to maintain association and government relations.
Key Qualifications:
l Food industry major or similar major, College degree
l Above 2 years experience in food factories, exposure to foreign company environment will be an advantage.
l Speaks and writes Chinese, good understanding of written/spoken English.
l Good skill for office software.
