职位描述
Responsibilities of the position:
o Lead implementation activities related to IAC quality systems, including training other team
members;
o Leading audits, teaching others how to audit, and scheduling regular follow meetings/audits
to ensure progress is being made and expectations of compliance are being met;
o Support the implementation and adherence to IAC standards and procedures to ensure all
manufacturing locations are compliant to both internal and external (customer specific)
quality system requirements.
Education and Background Requirements:
o Must have a solid knowledge of basic quality systems;
o Must have the ability to train others;
o Good interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
o Must be self motivated;
o One major OEM (GM/Ford/Chrylser/Diamler) Tier one prior experience in a QA systems role;
o At least 3 years of relevant experience and TS-16949/CCC/Experience;
o Must be a certified auditor for ISO/TS16949;
o Good written and verbal communication skill in both Mandarin and English
