职位描述：
.本科以上，硕士学历优先，了解技术规范技术标准英语要好产品合规，男女不限，女的要年轻一点，要去美国培训，将来作为技术专家培养。
Plans and performs non-routine assignments of substantial variety and complexity, using precedence that are not fully applicable.  Will take a strategic approach to evaluate the impact of and recommend new or changes to systems affected by global and regional laws and specifications.  Enjoy and adept at working with different cultures of the world.  Will effectively communicate at all levels to inform, build consensus and lead projects.   Will utilize project management methods to complete assignments, or to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of functional area as part of a corporate cross-functional project.

(These responsibilities are in addition to the responsibilities of a Standards & Regulatory Compliance Engineer 1 and 2)
?Regarded as a technical expert relative to approvals for products, markets or regions.
?Provide standard work and training to the organization relative to areas of expertise.
?Develop strategies to obtain product approvals and conformance for a variety of products or to a variety of requirements as part of a program.
?Design and develop departmental or organizational procedures to assure conformance, improve departmental efficiency and improve quality.
?Manage key departmental projects directing the work of departmental resources and through service requests from external departments.
?Manage departmental responsibilities of large cross-functional projects as core team member.
?Provide standard work and training to the organization relative to areas of expertise.
?Perform vendor relation’s role by developing and maintaining agency contacts.
?Manage to a budget within area of responsibility

职位要求：
?BS degree in engineering plus appropriate continuous training. MBA a plus.
?7+ years of experience with some work in related field, such as Product Engineering.
?Demonstrates the ability to complete major and complex projects.
?Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
?Advanced problem solving and significant decision making abilities.
?Strong oral and written communication.
?Capable of building consensus of team members.
?Strong computer and typical office software skills.
