Major Responsibilities:

?Provide administrative and Project Coordination support for in-house R&D projects and assist in interfacing with local Chinese partners.

?Able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet or exceed project deadlines and works in a fast-paced changing environment.

?Candidate must work with minimum supervision, have good initiative and follow-up, and focus on details while understanding how work fits into the mission of the organization.

?Manage calendar, make travel arrangements, support local events and process T&E.

?Candidate must use good judgment in handling confidential and proprietary information.

?Demonstrated proficiency in Mandarin language.

Qualification Requirement:

?B.S. or Business Administration (B.B.A).

?Two-three years of relevant experience in a project coordination or administrative role.

?Successful performance in a matrix organization with strong interpersonal skills. Able to interpret and exchange information accurately and effectively. Demonstrate basic understanding of budget systems.

?Demonstrate mastery of document management, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and preparing presentation materials.

?Fluent in English.
