职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
Identify sales training needs for PSR through effective methodology, such as joint call, survey, conversation, interview and competency gap analysis, etc.
Develop and implement training plan for PSR to enhance sales competency
Provide coaching for PSR after in-class phase trainings
Lead training projects (Engage, RDPAC test, e-College, etc.)
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs for further follow up and improvement
Provides input and feedback to Marketing and Medical regarding the development and delivery of effective training materials and
programs
Perform an active role in communicating and training employees with the company's value and principles. Promote a learning
environment within the company.
Qualification Requirement:
At least 5 years sales/sales management/sales training/marketing experience at multinational pharmaceutical company
2 years plus sales management and/or training experience is required
Experience in Diabetes disease area is a plus
With proven track record of high performance
Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in medicine/pharmacy preferred
Good presentation and interpersonal skills, self-direction, people-oriented, proactive, good planning & execution skill, sense of
responsibility, fast learner and team player
The incumbent should be able to present in a professional way and have good PC processing (especially power point) and English skill
