Major Responsibilities:

ensure the success of clinical trials through managing investigational site activities
Identifies, evaluates, and recommends new potential investigators/sites through medical community network or internal BMS requests
Conducts pre-study evaluation and site initiation visits to ensure qualified sites selected and site personnel oriented and trained
Monitors study sites activities through frequent visits, following the applicable SOPs, regulations etc.
Interacts and builds professional and collaborative relationships will both internal and external stakeholders
Works well in team environment by using good interpersonal skills and demonstrates willingness to do whatever is required to meet objectives
Communicates effectively using both verbal and written skills in English.
Works independently and demonstrates the ability to think logically.

Qualification Requirement:

Bachelors or above degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy or health related field
Has conceptional knowledge of ICH GCP and on-site monitoring
Has knowledge of recent advances in medicine and medical technology
Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with external and internal customers
Has competence in the use of personal computer as a tool for the performance of previous positions/activities
Works well with teams and is able to work with a wide variety of people
Exhibits good observational skills, analytical and conceptual capabilities
Exhibits attention to detail, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, has excellent English capability
Has demonstrated ability to work independently
