Major Responsibilities:
? Conduct interview, selection and hiring for sales & marketing representatives in Eastern region;
? Support Northern & Southern region hiring and offering process;
? Report the recruiting progress and provide analytics periodically
? Work closely with local HR on sales force recruiting progress
? Other tasks assigned by line manager

Main Requirement:
? Bachelor's Degree or above
? At least 2 years experience in recruiting or HR function
? Good interview skills
? Good communication skills, Good command of English
? Familiar with China Labor Law
? Team spirit, Open, diligent and hard working
? Quick leaner
