Major Responsibilities:
? Manage the SFE and training plan and execution in the region
? Set up system to effectively and regularly monitor compliance and company SOP
? Assist RM to manage territory alignment, deployment, target setting and other operational tasks

Qualification Requirement:
? Bachelor Degree or above
? At least 1 years sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
? Strong analytical skill
? Good computer skill
? Good team work spirit and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
