Major Responsibilities:
? Working directly with the Global T&E Lead, team members, and other stakeholders to identify and implement ongoing process and functionality improvements which add value to, and further simplify the T&E process
? Work directly with business partners to implement global and market related initiatives and projects as required
? Frequent interaction with Internal Audit, Concur Audit, and Business Controls Function (BCF) to monitor and ensure employee and market compliance with internal controls (including FCPA compliance), as well as policies and directives.
? Frequent interaction and communication with Concur, Accenture, and business partners to manage the day to day T&E process, functions, and operations
? Work with Cognos (Concur reporting tool) to build and run T&E reports, for the purpose of providing raw data and analysis to GFSS and business partners
? Provide Tier 3 T&E Support to BMS markets/clients to help resolve escalated issues/concerns

Qualification Requirement:
? Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients and customers of varying positions and roles
? Strong documentation skills
? Ability to work on multiple projects and issues simultaneously; to be accountable and reliable
? Proactively identifies issues and delivers effective response in a timely manner.
? Ability to partner with internal and external business partners to implement process improvements
? A high level of commitment, and ability to work within a team as well as autonomously, with the purpose of achieving departmental and organizational goals.
? Ability to work with and develop strong working relationships diverse peers and clients; consistently shows respect and professionalism toward others

? Experience with implementing change through process re-engineering and implementation of new technologies.
? Experience working with multiple levels of management from different global business units with competing demands for time and resources.
? Demonstrated ability to work under pressure; Self-motivated
? Experience with Cognos (IBM Reporting Tool)
? Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
? 3 years of related experience
? Knowledge of BMS business units, markets, and functional support areas, basic T&E rules & principles, and BMS Travel and Expense directives and policies, VAT and Global VAT rules, as well as Per Diems,Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable module
