JOB PURPOSE

To ensure the calibration & qualification work (equipments / system / computer system etc. ) comply with the global and local requirements.
To maintain the measurement devices installed in all the equipments and utilities at site under calibration control.

KEY TASKS/ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Write the plant calibration procedures, perform the internal calibration, organize the external calibration and ensure the calibration schedule is followed. Ensure that all related activities comply with the relevant SOPs and cGMPs
2. Write the Engineering and Production equipment and system qualification protocols and ensure the related work is performed according to the company SOP and local GMP requirements.
3. Be responsible for engineering daily attendance check.
4. Be responsible for engineering documents&sparepart inventory management, including sparepart inventory database, using record, PR creating and follow-up according to the operation acitivities.
5. Continually update calibration and relevant documents according the relevant requirements like the Global Quality requirements / local GMP and other requirements together with other department.
6. Other tasks requested by his/her supervision

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTITUDES

1.Bachelor’s Degree in metrological technology, mechanical or automation instrumentation or similar disciplines, or equivalent work experience.
2.Fluently in English listerning，speaking,reading and writing.
3.Specific experience in the areas of equipment and utilites’ maintenance is preferred.
4.Calibration experience is perferred; especially in Engineering field with an in-depth knowledge of pharmacutical or food industry.
5.Excellent communication skills
