Key areas of responsibility: 主要负责部分
Acting as the lead in arrangement of EX-NNCP product shipment;
Prepare delivery notes from SAP&SCM and ensure information is clearly communicated to plant, forwarder and distributor;
Logistic report management;
Key users of SAP and new logistic IT system;
Master data administrator in SAP&SCM;
QA responsible in logistics;
Documents preparation to L1 distributors for new product launch, license renewal & update and etc.

Main job tasks: 主要工作任务
Acting as the lead in arrangement of EX-NNCP product shipment: prioritize urgent shipment and balance safety inventory in plant based on the forecast, support the new colleagues in handling shipment, control sample shipment, verify month end data;
Prepare delivery notes from SAP&SCM and ensure information is clearly communicated to plant, forwarder and distributor; make distribution fee accrual in SAP and sales discount renew;
Communicate with plant, forwarder and distributor to prepare delivery notes from SAP&SCM, ensure shipping variation is quickly responsed;
Logistic report management :continuous improvement of the report: sample report, monthly logistic report and etc. are prepared correctly before the deadline;
Key users of SAP and new logistic IT system: Participate in logistic IT system user requirement discussion, system test; Use SAP and new logistic IT system skilfully and support new users;
Master data administrator in SAP&SCM: maintain the key master data before the effective date;
QA responsible in logistics: worst case study, shipping quality improvement project responsible, revise and draft logistic related SOP, consignment stock temperature monitor management; internal and part-time external lead auditor;
Documents preparation to L1 distributors for new product launch, license renewal & update and etc;
Support the new colleague and temporary colleague in daily shipping operation.

Qualifications (minimum requirements): 能力要求
1．有2年以上的医药行业物流运输工作经验
2．对物流质量管理有一定的经验
3．有很好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳，爱岗敬业
4．工作严谨，责任心强，能够承担压力
5. 具备一定的财务知识，良好的办公软件使用技巧

Education: 教育
Bachelor degree or above 大学本科或以上

Professional experience: 个人经历
college degree majored in logistics, trade or economics with 2-3 years’ working experience;
Familiar with quality management in supply chain, pharmaceutical companies preferred;
Able to use ERP system
Good coordination skills
Good communication and computer skills;
Good planning mindset;
Good team working spirit
