职位描述

? TL engagement (0.4 FTE)
1. Map out current vs desired TL representation across main cities, academic medical societies, and key institutions. Ensure balance of TL relationships in public and private hospitals.
2. identify key institutions and TLs for future partnerships. Establish relationships by visits to TLs, attending medical and scientific meetings, running roundtable discussions to review key issues regarding training, education and research
? Medical support to breast implant business of MA/MKT team, e.g. (0.4 FTE)
1. Run advisory board meetings, lead organization & content design, TL selection, speaker slide preparation, and provide follow up
2. Allergan educational programs: design and develop curriculum with TLs and commercial team members. Establish priorities and key objectives. Identify trainers. Initiate training workshops in key cities.
3. Medical information support to customers
4. Serve as a trainer to internal staffs, e.g., anatomy knowledge training in sale meeting, training for new reps for Allergan and competitor products, surgical techniques, complication management, international best practices
? Promotional materials review and approval according to the China SOP. Support to regulatory team for issues relating to product approvals, labelling (0.1FTE)
? Data generation and publications: Develop publication plan. Support Phase 4 studies and IITs: protocol design, project coordinate & implement etc; (0.1 FTE)
