职位描述
? Overseeing the execution of the Production Schedules in multiple vendors, maintenance of delivery dates, lead times, production quantities, etc. through to delivery and invoicing.
? Working closely with the Supply Planning team, to ensure execution of the agreed Plan with vendors through the production scheduling process. Acting as an escalation point with numerous supply chain partners to coordinate and resolve issues affecting production output.
? Managing supplier performance across multiple sites and geographies to ensure adherence to the production schedule, balancing capacity and supply, inventory levels and fill rate objectives, especially around period end.
? Be the key day-to-day interface between PSG Sales and Marketing on issues affecting Customer deliveries by being fully conversant with the situation in multiple vendors / locations for all supply communications.
? Working closely with senior colleagues in Logistics, Engineering, Quality, Planning and Customer Service, supporting supply chain initiatives, achievement of strategic objectives, such as Risk Mitigation, Supplier Quality Improvement and Customer Service improvement.
? Develop reports and trend analysis schedules as required to track major objectives and other items as assigned.
? Perform other tasks and ad-hoc requests
