职位描述
1. Specific Responsibilities
List the 4 - 6 key job responsibilities in priority order, using short, numbered sentences, beginning with an action verb.
o Develop Magnetic component manufacturing process audit checklist and Lead Supplier Audit teams in the region. Researching new suppliers and carrying out Supplier Evaluations.
o First Article approval with PPAP tools.
o To manage ECRN implementation process with supplier and reduce the ECRN close lead time.
o To manage “Continuous Quality Improvement” relating to product and manufacturing processes for all magnetic component suppliers in China, in support of the combined Plantweb Solutions Group business objectives.
o Reduce 2nd tier suppliers and OEM manufacturing defects per hundred and drive corrective actions.
o To expediently resolve supplier quality issues with 2nd tier suppliers in China.
o Reduce Warranty returns and field failures through improving product robustness.
o Analyze, determine root cause and implement corrective actions based on supply chain and customer feedback.
o Drive effective corrective actions based on solid facts and data analysis.
o Support resolution of quality problems.
o Reduce the escape rate through improved component and product test methods and processes.
2.Education / Training / Experience
Please specify the minimum requirements for this job, apart from competencies
o Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or an MBA and at least 3-5 years of related Supplier Quality Engineering experience in a technology driven Electronic OEM or EMS business, preferably with International global businesses.
? Demonstrated understanding of magnetic electronic component manufacturing processes and a proven ability to drive continuous process improvement.
? Self motivation, very good communication skills, computer literate, fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
? Familiar with Magnetic Components (for example: transformer, inductor etc) manufacturing process,be able to lead process improvement with supplier to improve product quality, below component experience will be a bonus: other electronic components like resistor, capacity, relay, connector, IC etc.
? Being able to communicate at all levels within the organization are essential to this position.
? Strong analytical problem solving background.
? Quality and Process improvements experience.
? Being a team player who understands the needs and benefits of a successful team concept is essential.
? Minimum 3 years within a Electronics manufacturing organisation in SQE or in Magnetic component manufacturing Production Engineering field.
? Strong analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
? Willing and able to travel within and outside of China (as required) frequently.
