1. ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE: 岗位要求

· Accountable for ensuring inventory accuracy between physical inventory, system inventory, both at the Fuzhou facility and with the Canadian Headquarters inventory systems

· Responsible for managing and monitoring all inventory movements as it pertains to shipping, receiving, work in process and scrap reporting and ensuring all transactions are completed correctly and on a timely basis

2. SCOPE:范围

3. RESPONSIBILITIES/EFFORTS职责
· Manage all day to day inventory system movements to ensure products are tracked timely and accurately

· Develop and install necessary protocols / procedures / policies surrounding inventory transactions to ensure that inventory accuracy meets acceptable levels.

· Review Inventory reports from Canadian HQ and cross reference to Fuzhou Facility records; analyse, investigate and confirm any disparities观察加拿大总部以及福州工厂的库存报表，进行分析、调查以及确认

· Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health, safety and Housekeeping rules and regulations

4. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ PREREQUISITES基本要求
· 5 - 7 years Inventory control experience in a distribution or production facility

5-7年在经销或工厂生产中的库存管理经验
· Experience with Great Plains or Horizons Manufacturing System software an asset
· Microsoft Office – Excel, word, Email , Power point办公软件——Excel, word, Email , Power point
· Ability to read technical drawings, shipping manuals, technical specifications

5. PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE择优条件
· Excellent understanding of written English, English Fluency an asset, Chinese (Mandarin)

The finished goods are shipped to the customers from its manufacturing facility in Mount Forest Ontario as well as from a 3rd party warehouse in the Buffalo area and also from a warehouse in Fuzhou, China.
