Main Tasks:
1.Planning of production activities and the implementation
Coordinate with the relevant departmental/function managers to schedule and decide all the plant activities for production, maintenance, quality, shipping and receiving. Direct, monitor and review the processes/procedures to ensure the activities support the accomplishment of total manufacturing objectives in time with quality and cost effectiveness.
Monitor the trial production for new/ modified products by working closely with the PD, NPI personnel to ensure the production capability able to cope with the new requirements.
2.Material management
Oversee coordination of purchasing functions, e.g. order quantities and delivery dates of all raw materials, packaging materials, and private-label finished goods.
3.Maintenance and repairing
Establish and oversee the implementation of preventative maintenance and repairing programs according to machinery/equipment specifications and the utilization. Establish and monitor the spare parts levels and an effective reporting system of repair activities to ensure no interruption in production process and efficient use of machinery/equipment. Replace or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment if necessary and report to supervisor any major changes.
4.Customer interface
According to the availability of production techniques and production capacity, provide feedback to sales and marketing team on the availability of production techniques and the necessary adjustments so that the customers’ requirements can be met or adjusted. Together with quality personal, conduct internal, external and 3rd party Audit according to TS16949.
5.People management
Recruit, train, develop and evaluate the employees. Advise plant supervisors and monitor their performance on labor issues including safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, training, grievances and the like which are essential for the manufacturing objectives. Control and minimize labor overtime, overhead costs and repair expenses. Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policies. Consult with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
6.Documentation
Work closely with the Information System Manager to develop and maintain a computerized integrated record keeping system for efficient/effective production.
7.Safety and housekeeping
According to corporate, company and statutory EHS requirements, develop and monitor the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures applied in the relevant engineering areas together with EHS Manager. Incorporate shop floor units and plant cleanliness among plant personnel to maintain a working environment that supports production activities.

Working Experience:
1. More than 5 years technical experiences, plant/operation management preferred.
2.Experience, skills, and knowledge in various manufacturing disciplines, including production, maintenance, technology, product design, project management, and/or management systems is preferred.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
1. Good interpersonal, time management skills with ability to interact in a multi-national and multiple hierarchical levels in Asia Pacific;
3. Continuous improvement techniques and methods including; statistical techniques, SPC/SQC, DOE, FMEA and other six sigma tools.
4. Strong competency in change management and influence and impact with systematic approach for root-cause analysis.
5. Proficient command of verbal and written English skills mandatory.
6. Good analytical skill & problem solving approach;
Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
