职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute the market study for the new product development, set up the benchmarking study report for final decision.
2. Definite the product requirement and necessary import items.
3. Conduct the product manufacturing feasibility study
4. Responsible for all the technical details all through the product development stage.
5. Create & maintain the BOM, and Process Flow chart.
6. Create & maintain the D/PFMEA, and D/PVP&R.
7. Create & maintain the Tool/nest/GA fixture/Checking Fixture, and equipment list.
8. Establish GD&T strategies (datum schemes, inspection plans, etc) and perform RSS study.
9. Generate and maintain Open issue list for any defection on the part.
10.Technical communication with OEM and Supplier.
11.Track the engineering change for interior components.
Job Requirements:
1. At least bachelor graduation. (Major in mechanical or relevant specialty) and min 4 years experience with automotive industry background.
2.3+ years product experience on automotive interior components such as IP,Console, Door trim.
3. Good knowledge on Door Trim manufacturing process.
4. Good knowledge on plastic material selection.
5. Skillful in office software, Catia or UG CAD Software.
6. English achieve CET4
7. Good Communication skills and good teamwork spirit.
