Position: General Manager of Program Management, China Report to: Vice President -Sales & Program Management – Asia Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead/support direct reports to achieve on-time within-budget launches while ensuring customer and internal interests are satisfied. -Achieve above-stated mission by teaching and maintaining team discipline for using IAC processes and tools to complete responsibilities
Requirements:
-Experience in program management demonstrated by launching several products from award to SOP -Experience in leading functional teams of people (10-20) and developing talent within the
organization -Successful experience working with a variety of business functions (Sales, Purchasing, Engineering) -Successful experience working with at least 3 different global OEM customers -Knowledge of products, processes and technologies of automotive interior components -Ability to solve open-ended issues through creative, logical thought processes as well as inspiring
team members to assist -Experience with (and understanding of) basic business case inputs and resulting metrics. -Ability to travel within country as needed -Proven willingness to do whatever is required to achieve success in the role
