Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Tian Jing （天津）
Reports to: Managing Director, PNW
工作职责：
工作职责：
1. 协助完成天津工厂的建立工作
2. 负责工厂的日常运作
3. 根据公司规定进行有效的人员管理，培训及评估工作
4. 根据订单要求制定生产计划，下达生产任务，控制生产进度及成品管理
5. 配合完成客户接待工作，并进行有效的产品特性及工艺等信息介绍
岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历
2. 具有印刷油墨相关专业者优先
3. 5 年以上相关工作经验，有印刷油墨行业工作经验者优先
4. 熟悉生产制造部门的运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理
5. 沟通协调能力及执行能力强,责任心强,有较强的承压能力
6. 具备优秀的组织能力及规划能力
