Sr Six Sigma Training Engineer -
Description:
WCE is a global team within XXX , which drives the business/Plant transformation, through the world-class training and development program for employees and champion the change by project leadership and execution.
Responsibilities:
? Drive and execute the deployment of Lean/Six Sigma as the enabler to Shanghai Plant.
? Facilitate the Lean, Six Sigma, Fundamental and etc. course to targeted employees.
? Provide project mentoring support to GB candidates
? Serve as change agent, and involve into Yearly Key Improvement Projects, Best Practice, Operation Excellent Award projects and other process improvement initiative
? Support shanghai Plant Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and help to establish collaborative relationships across internal and organizational boundary
? Coordinate major Improvement events
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or equivalents, Master degree preferred.
? Certified Green Belt by renowned company is required, BB qualification is desired.
? Minimum 3 years experience in process improvement, Six Sigma, Lean and etc.
? Proven track record with demonstrated results
Skills:
？ Strong communications skill
？ Excellent skill in training and facilitation
？ Good team player
？ Good conflict management skill
？ Strong desire of motivating and leading the team to resolve the issue
？ Fluent computer skill in Minitab, Visio, Project, Excel and Power Point
Key Success Factors:
Solid Lean/Six Sigma experience and skill in facilitation and mentoring
