职位描述
? Maintain Quality System processes and procedures to make sure they can meet ISO 9000 and headquarter requirements
? Manage Customer and third party audits and follow the CA/PAs to close
? Provide problem solving (root cause failure analysis) and corrective action services to Operation processes
? Evaluate & perform "process", "product", and "quality” audits
? Analyze field return information for areas of quality improvement if needed
? Utilize RA Quality Information Systems to access key information on manufacturing yields, defects, audits, and PSR information
? Understands and support PULL initiatives and cycle time reduction programs
? Provide Quality Engineering technical evaluation with Design of Experiments and Process Capability studies
? Evaluate or modify test procedures and approve
? Answer test questions and facilitate disputes
? Answer Workmanship Standards questions and resolve borderline issues
? Able to recommend use of gages and/or approve inspection gages
? Review/Evaluate/Initiate PCN’s (Process Change Notifications)
? Review and Approve Deviation Authorizations (Use As Is)
? Initiate and complete Product Quality Wavers
? Implement Stop Production/Hold Shipment orders from Business group and Initiate Stop Production/Hold Shipment orders internally and follow to completion
? BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
? Command of the English Language – oral and written
? Above five years of working experience in the Quality Engineering or the Manufacturing areas of electronic or electromechanical manufacturing environment
? Knowledge of statistical process control concepts and their application
? Technical knowledge of electronic or electromechanical manufacturing processes
? Strong team building, leadership, decisiveness, and communication skills are essential
? Self starter capable of working with minimum supervision
? Proficient in the use of computer systems and software
? Proficient with Quality Auditing concepts and processes (ISO9000)
? Understanding of inspection concepts and applications
? Knowledge and proficiency with Advanced Quality Planning tools (i.e. PFMEA, PPAP, Process Capability Studies, Gauge R & R’s)
Functional
? Monitor/evaluate to ensure products meet UL, CSA, CE or other approvals/standards
? Assist to resolve quality issues found by Interdivisions, customers or third party auditors
? Conduct Annually internal audits and prepare Management Review Materials
? Support ISO inter and intra department procedures and revise
? Support the objectives/goals of CSMIP
? Able to perform or train in equipment R & R studies
? Develop and/or update Workmanship Standards, train and answer questions
? Recommends revisions to specifications when needed
? Conducts training on QA/QC concepts and tools

? Conducts tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations (state/federal laws, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, etc.) as well as Rockwell/Rockwell Automation policies and procedures
? Ensures through familiarity with policies and procedures relating to standards of business conduct, and trains and motivates subordinates in the importance of full compliance with the letter and spirit of such policies and procedures
? Support Strategic and Department annual objectives
? Support Global Purge coordination on piece parts used throughout Rockwell
Leadership
? Supports Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP), Lean/Six sigma, and 5 S initiatives
? Team member/leader of pilot, early production, standard products as well as legacy products.
? Leads or facilitates product transfers to other Rockwell facilities
? Initiate ICAP’s and ECAP's. Able to facilitate, implement, investigate, plan, and conduct effectiveness reviews for CAP's
? Create Top 5 reports and facilitate meetings for Assembly & Fabrication Depts.
? Interfaces with engineering groups, customers and suppliers on quality related issues
