职位描述
AP Manager/Leader
Report to Line Manager
1. Receive scanned invoices and record accurately in accordance with local company rules and tax requirement
2. Generate SAP payment proposal and settlement according to the cut-off arrangements
3. Follow standard payment process and report generation procedures in compliance with the service level agreement.
4. Document and follow up on exception to the purchasing policy and operating procedures
5. Return and track all invoices not complying with company standards
6. Research and resolve parked or blocked accounts payable documents
7. Resolve vendor queries
8. Request, receive and process credit memos
9. Perform supplier statement reconciliations accurately and in a timely basis
10. Provide data on processing volumes
11. Run weekly and monthly reports relative to third party vendor payments
12. Work with superior to ensure timely payment
13. Review the work of other AP accountants within the team.
14. Review payment proposals and sign off.
15. Back up of the AP manager in her absence for continuity of service.
16. Contribute ideas and continually challenge existing work practices to improve efficiencies and service standards
To serve as an expert on accounts payable transactions (AP &BTM) for the clients of the RFC and can handle multiple task on top of the regular Accounts Payable Accountant role. Considered a team lead that can handle the review the work of other AP accountants.
