Title: DSC Data Analysis Manager
职位描述如下：
1、主导DSC话量预估，确保DSC人力充足
-通过对业务发展的分析以及和相关部门的沟通，执行年度席位预估
-执行月预估，支持各站点人员招募，并追踪人员招募和储备状况
-每周追踪日预估的准确率，提供预估专员辅导和支持
2、主导Centralize排班
-辅导和追踪Centralize排班小组完成每周班段的排定
-追踪各站点排定班表，并且有纪律的执行班表
-话量发生变化时，及时进行人力调整
3、营运KPI追踪和成本控制
-通过对营运KPI数据分析，例如放弃率、产能、通话时长、直接间接工时等，协助OM寻找营运机会点
-协助财务完成DSC各站点的成本预估
-制定成本提升的计划
4、带领OSD成员，主导数据分析工作
-主导并追踪OSD call type分析工作，包括近期建立并规范call type分析的方式，长期持续辅导和追踪OSD执行call type分析工作
-寻找提升营业额和效率的方法，例如建立Non-convert call的分析，提升conversion rate
